Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) seeks an I-Level Reform Subject Matter Expert to support CNAL N41/Cost and Demand Management from an East Coast Fleet Readiness Center in Jacksonville, FL.

This onsite technical role focuses on optimizing I-Level maintenance capability and improving repair cycle times. The SME engages daily with work centers, Production Control, Supply, and squadron Maintenance Control to synchronize repair decisions, reduce NMCS/PMCS conditions, and strengthen ICRL accuracy and

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years naval aviation maintenance experience, including 5 years at I-Level.
• Experience with repair capability decisions, ICRL management, BCM processing, or production control.
• Prefer 2+ years O-Level maintenance experience (Maintenance Control, work center supervision, troubleshooting, component removals).
• Knowledge of multi-work-center repair processes (avionics, hydraulics, structures, power plants, etc.).
• Expertise interpreting technical directives, engineering dispositions, and maintenance publications.
• Demonstrated experience validating/optimizing ICRLs and understanding SM&R coding.
• Systems expertise: NALCOMIS OOMA IMA, JDRS, MEASURE.
• Thorough understanding of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2D I Level and O Level requirements.
