Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) seeks a Journeyman Maintenance Level Reform Subject Matter Expert Lead in Lemoore, CA. This senior role supervises a regional SME team, identifies cost reduction opportunities, and guides I-Level reform across Naval Aviation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in naval aviation maintenance and supply.
• At least 7 years at Intermediate Maintenance Level or equivalent management role.
• Experience with repair capability decisions, ICRL management, and process improvement.
• Leadership experience supervising technically oriented teams, preferably dispersed.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost reduction opportunities and optimize material demand.
• Supervise a geographically dispersed SME team and provide strategic direction for I-Level reform.
• Analyze maintenance data and validate repair codes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and coordinate with supply and engineering stakeholders.
• Drive organizational change and participate in senior leadership forums; travel and telework as required.
