Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Principal National Support Engineer II to lead high-priority incidents and act as a SME across multiple product lines including PACS, VNA, and Clinical Information Systems. The role requires mentoring teams, guiding escalations, and collaborating with development to ensure timely resolutions.

The incumbent will provide 24/7 after-hours support, engage with international partners, and drive improvements through documentation and knowledge-base

Qualifications

• Masters (preferred) with 6 years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience.
• Leading Industry Certifications, not limited to Security+, VCP, CISCO, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS.
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience as a Technical, Systems, Software or Quality Assurance Engineer in Medical IT and/or Imaging products.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution efforts, owning the most critical customer cases end-to-end.
• Act as a designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product areas, providing advanced guidance to peers and junior engineers.
• Deep Technical Individual Contributor: Expert troubleshooter and primary interface for complex escalations across core product lines.
• Mentor and guide junior technical support engineers, contributing to their development.
• Provide advanced technical training to the TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams.
