Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution end-to-end for the most critical customer cases.
• Act as a designated SME for specific product areas and mentor peers.
• Troubleshoot complex escalations and coordinate with development for resolution.
• Provide advanced technical training to TAC, Upgrade and Project teams.
