Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks a Principal National Support Engineer II to lead major incident resolution, act as SME, and mentor engineers across product lines. Qualifications

• Masters (preferred) with 6+ years in industry or a Bachelor's with 8+ years.
• Experience in medical IT and imaging products.
• Strong incident management and escalation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution end-to-end for critical customer cases.
• Act as SME for specific product areas and mentor peers.
• Troubleshoot complex escalations and interface with development.
• Provide advanced technical training to TAC, Upgrade, and PE teams.
• Review and triage escalations from TAC and International Partners.
