Qualifications

• Masters (preferred) with 6 years industry experience or Bachelor’s Degree with industry experience of 8 years or comparable work experience of 10+ years.
• Covers multiple medical IT/imaging products and requirements.
• Expert troubleshooting and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident resolution efforts end-to-end.
• Act as SME for specific product areas and provide advanced guidance.
• Mentor and train TAC, Upgrade and Project Engineer teams.
• Review and triage escalations from TAC and International Partners.
