Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of National Accounts to lead and implement market access strategies with national payers including PBMs. This remote role requires strong relationships, strategic negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to secure formulary access and maximize patient coverage.

The position emphasizes development and execution of reimbursement strategies across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, with travel up to 50%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
• 2-4+ years of market access in pharma with national payers/PBMs
• 3-7+ years pharma/biotech industry experience
• Established relationships with national payers/PBMs
• Strong negotiation skills and launch experience with pre- and post-PDUFA market preparation and planning
• Experience with brand, biosimilar and complex generic reimbursement
• Understanding US Market Access levers across Medicare, Medicaid, and PBMs
• Strong contracting and negotiation skills
• Ability to win preferred formulary status for brand products

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and pull-through with PBM downstream accounts
• Develop and lead account-specific business plans with legal and market access leads
• Build and maintain relationships with national payers and PBMs
• Educate payer stakeholders on product value and reimbursement pathways
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, field sales, and legal across national payer environments
