Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Senior National Accounts Specialist for the Multi Family segment in the United States. You will serve as the go-to expert for Multifamily National Accounts, driving relationships, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting strategic account plans.

You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Credit teams to optimize account performance, forecast needs, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• In-store Sales Service Center operations and SSC store systems proficiency required.
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Experience in Multi-Family sales support and relationships with Multi-Family customers preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Serve as National Accounts Multi-Family subject matter expert and support relationships with customers.
• Partner with National Account sales team to drive business relationships and projects.
• Coordinate deliveries to customers and jobsites to satisfy schedule and phases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Inventory, Credit, and others.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for National Accounts.
• Prepare sales, inventory, pricing, and account reports for leadership.
• Assist with sales presentations used by National Accounts teams.
• Maintain and improve system functionality with updated customer data.
• Perform other duties as needed.
