Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to grow our national roofing services footprint from Dallas, with remote flexibility. This role focuses on developing and expanding relationships with large, multi-location customers across the U.S., managing complex, consultative sales cycles and delivering multi-year revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience.
• At least 2 years selling regional or national/multi-location accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience selling large accounts generating $500K–$1M+ annually is strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Commercial roofing, facilities services, construction, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
• Comfortable traveling throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new national and regional accounts.
• Build relationships with executive-level decision makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, implementation, and account growth.
• Develop roofing service, maintenance, repair, and replacement programs for national customers.
• Grow existing accounts through additional locations and service offerings.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure successful national account rollouts.
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals.
