Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Design/Verification Engineer for NAND Flash designs. You will contribute to architecture, design, simulation, and verification across analog and digital domains to ensure robust, manufacturable, and high-performance memory products.

Responsibilities include evaluating features, breaking down system functions, and validating designs with simulations. Strong background in CMOS analog/digital design and Verilog with AI-enabled productivity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of analog design theory and loop stability analysis.
• Understanding of memory cell read/write operations and array architecture.
• Experience in transistor-level analog/digital IC design using CMOS with simulation & post-layout analysis.
• Experience with Verilog, RTL synthesis, logic simulation, place and route; scripting in Perl/Python/C++.
• Experience with AI-enabled environments to improve engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multi-functional evaluations of key features and recommend architectural decisions for NAND Flash designs.
• Break down system functions into analog/digital circuits and design, simulate, optimize, and floor plan NAND circuitry.
• Analyze design feasibility including performance, power, and reliability.
• Validate designs through block- and chip-level simulations using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate die performance, power, manufacturability, and root-cause analysis with AI-assisted tools.
