Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 10+ years in automotive or safety‑critical product development.
- Experience leading people or major cross‑functional quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Translate global Engineering Quality priorities into regional strategy with measurable objectives.
- Drive quality governance across the region with clear criteria and reviews.
- Identify risks early, prevent defects, and resolve quality concerns before milestones.
- Strengthen quality planning across systems, software and hardware development.
- Lead or support assessments and ensure timely, sustainable closure of findings.
- Partner with engineering and program teams to strengthen planning and readiness.
