Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• ISO9001 experience preferred.
• Strong RCCA, 8D, and root-cause problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Quality Engineers.
• Lead company-wide problem-solving initiatives using RCCA methods.
• Oversee CAR process and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support NPI and new product introduction quality needs.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain to implement solutions.
