A leading electrical power solutions firm in Tualatin, Oregon, is seeking an R&D Mechanical Engineer MV responsible for leading the design and testing of innovative electrical power products. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing medium voltage power distribution equipment or related products.
• Experience with NRTL (UL, CSA, etc.) evaluation, testing and certification processes.
• Solid grasp of three-phase electric power concepts and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Leader for New Medium Voltage Product Development Projects.
• Ensure implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering work.
• Lead the creation of detailed design drawings and 3D models.
