Job summary

Schneider Electric North America Operations Power Systems Division seeks a Senior Engineer II, Electrical Design Systems in Mount Juliet, TN. You will design electrical power distribution systems, prepare one-lines and schematics, and coordinate with sales, quotation, and project teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

The role requires a 4-year electrical engineering degree and 10–12 years of MV design experience, with strong tool proficiency and PE preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year electrical engineering degree
• 10-12 years’ experience in MV electrical distribution design
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration highly preferred
• Ability to translate customer requirements into electrical designs
• Proficiency with design tools and standards

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure technical quality of deliverables (drawings, BOMs, services)
• Ensure compliance with project objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and knowledge
• Collaborates with engineering and quality teams to maintain design intent and safety
