Music & Arts in the Guitar Center family is seeking a results-driven sales-oriented team member to help drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

The role involves promoting music lessons, building relationships with teachers and community groups, and delivering compelling sales presentations while maintaining excellent customer service. You will also participate in merchandising and store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in all areas of store operations including merchandising and displays.
