Job summary

Environmental Chemical Corp. seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Munitions team to manage MMRP projects, including characterization and remediation. Remote candidates within the continental US are considered; preference for candidates near ECC offices.

You will lead planning, design and management of projects, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and coordinate with government agencies and management. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in MMRP/environmental remediation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, civil or chemical engineering or related field.
• Five+ years of successful experience in managing MMRP and/or environmental remediation projects.
• Experience with USACE/NAVFAC/AEC is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical requirements and regulations.
• Ability to prepare plans, reports and business communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct activities for designated projects to meet goals within time frames and budget.
• Prepare proposals with technical approaches, logistics, and pricing.
• Develop and manage work plans, quality plans, and feasibility studies with progress reports.
• Determine resources, funding, staffing, and scheduling for project phases.
• Oversee field work, including staffing, field operations, costs, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with government regulatory agencies and internal teams.
• Establish departmental budgets and internal controls to minimize risk.
