Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking a Municipal Project Manager to lead design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects in the Aurora, IL area. You will manage scope, schedule and budget while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and serving as the primary client contact.

The role emphasizes business development support, proposals, and strong communication with clients and staff. PE licensure or ability to obtain within the first year is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of municipal engineering and PM experience, preferably in consulting.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within first year.
• Strong PM and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, stormwater, roadway).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and maintain relationships with municipal leaders.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, reports and technical documentation.
• Oversee permitting, regulatory coordination and QA reviews.
