Job summary

Fehr Graham seeks a Senior Project Manager in the Civil/Environmental space to lead municipal projects from Schaumburg, IL. The role focuses on client relationship management, proposal development, and delivering successful project outcomes.

You will coordinate teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality across deliverables. A bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of municipal PM experience and PM certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of municipal project management experience.
• Certification in Project Management.
• Professional license in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects to ensure success.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing and quality issues.
• Lead project teams including staff and subconsultants.
• Invoice clients and provide explanations for billed items.
• Maintain client confidentiality and documentation standards.
• Perform root cause analysis for project write-offs and ensure QC.
• Communicate technical concepts to clients and team members.
• Prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate across disciplines to cross-market services.
