Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking a Municipal Project Manager to lead the planning, design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects from Aurora, IL. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and serve as the main client contact to ensure projects are timely and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in municipal engineering, a PE license (or ability to obtain within a year), and strong proposal and presentation skills to support business development.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of municipal engineering and project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within first year.
• Strong proposal writing and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet scope, schedules and budgets.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and build relationships with municipal leaders.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates and technical reports.
• Oversee permitting, regulatory coordination and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development with current and prospective clients.
