Qualifications

• 5–7 years of municipal project management experience.
• Active Illinois Professional Engineering license.
• Experience in the consulting industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism.
• Develop and deliver proposals, design plans, project specifications and presentations.
• Lead project teams including staff and subconsultants and manage budgets.
• Coordinate permitting with regulatory agencies and ensure project quality.
• Perform root cause analysis for project write-offs and maintain documentation.
