Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Municipal Division to lead multiple engineering projects and mentor staff. You will drive business development, oversee design and construction phases, and maintain strong client relationships across municipal clients.

Applicants should hold a PE license and a Civil Engineering degree, with proven experience in project management, proposals, and leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Experience with business development and building strong client relationships.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff.
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for municipal development projects to position for growth of our business
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for municipal development projects
