Bolton & Menk, Inc. in the Midwest is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Municipal Division to lead project delivery, business development and team growth across municipal infrastructure programs. You will drive client relationships and oversee design and construction phases while mentoring staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions with a strong emphasis on client service and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• Experience with business development and building strong client relationships.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff; experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts and assist with team development.
• Manage multiple engineering projects and personnel within the municipal division.
• Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for municipal development projects.
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for municipal development projects.
• Public outreach.
• Management of budget and schedule.
• Marketing and client communication.
• Lead junior staff and promote the growth of their business development skills.
