Job summary

Garver is seeking a Traffic Analysis Engineer for its North Little Rock, AR office with 5–10 years of related experience. You will perform traffic and safety studies, run simulations, develop access management plans, and prepare reports for DOT and municipal clients.

A PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months, ABET-accredited degree, and strong communication are required. The role offers growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.

Responsibilities

• Performing traffic and safety studies
• Performing traffic simulation and level of service analysis
• Developing access management plans and lane configurations for new or modified alignments
• Developing traffic signal timing plans
• Preparing summary documentation and reports
• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and communicating concepts to clients
• Assisting with project management to identify project scopes, fees, and monitoring project progress
• Maintaining a client-focused, service attitude by tracking budgets, and keeping projects on schedule
• Preparing project proposals and giving interviews for project pursuits
• Performing direct client marketing and developing relationships with existing clients within our service area
• Mentoring less experienced staff
