Job summary

Garver is seeking an Electrical Engineer in the Oklahoma City area to assess existing facilities and develop electrical designs for Buildings projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, produce construction drawings in Revit, and perform related electrical calculations.

The role requires PE, ABET-accredited degree, 5–15 years of building design experience, and travel to project sites. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or architectural engineering with an electrical focus from an ABET-accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• 5–15 years building design and construction experience.
• Experience overseeing electrical designs with detailed plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing facilities and develop electrical designs for Buildings projects.
• Coordinate with support disciplines and regional offices; assist project managers.
• Produce construction drawings using CAD/BIM; perform electrical calculations.
• Travel to project locations; ensure QA/QC compliance and ongoing learning.
