Job summary

Garver LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Project Manager - Hydrology and Hydraulics to join our Transportation Team. The role focuses on leading hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and design for municipal and DOT projects, collaborating with design engineers and clients to deliver solutions.

You will manage projects, schedules, cost estimates, and subconsultant coordination while guiding the production of plans and reports.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in civil engineering with water resources emphasis.
• PE license required.
• 7+ years of consulting/design experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design.
• Experience with HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS.
• 2D hydraulic modeling is a plus.
• GIS for H&H analysis and design.
• Experience with MicroStation, InRoads, GEOPAK or OpenRoads is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydrology and hydraulics analysis and design for municipal and DOT projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design engineers across Garver's footprint.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate subconsultants and client communications.
