Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Municipal Services projects from planning through construction at our Wall Township, NJ headquarters. You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets while guiding multidisciplinary teams and mentoring engineering staff.

The role requires a NJ PE license, strong communication, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will engage municipal clients and regulatory agencies, lead meetings, ensure regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
10+ years in municipal engineering or public infrastructure.
Professional Engineer license in New Jersey (PE).
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects.
Oversee scope, schedule, and budgets for projects.
