Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Civil/Site projects from pursuit through design, approvals, and construction support at our Wall Township, NJ headquarters.

The successful candidate will oversee client development, proposals, and project financial performance, while cross-selling FPA's multidisciplinary services and mentoring future leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Site Engineering and land development.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Must have experience testifying before municipal Boards as an expert witness to advance project approvals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close relationship with clients. Identify opportunities for extensions and add-ons to existing projects and opportunities for new projects.
• Identify leads and opportunities within existing clients to sell the services of other FPA departments.
• Seek leads for new clients and coordinate results with the Department Manager for follow-up.
• Assist with client presentations as required.
• Establish a project work plan before the project starts and QA/QC process.
