French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Hackettstown, NJ, seeks an accomplished Project Manager for our Municipal Services Department. You will lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, client meetings, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license in New Jersey, 10+ years of municipal project experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Requires PE license in NJ and a 10+ year track record in municipal/public infrastructure design and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience managing municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, water, and sewer systems.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and overall project delivery for multiple projects.
• Oversee coordination with multidisciplinary teams and client meetings; mentor junior staff.
