Job summary

French & Parrello Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Water/Wastewater Department in Wall Township, NJ. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and guide infrastructure projects from planning through construction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering, a NJ PE license, and proven communication with clients and regulators. You’ll mentor staff and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Water and/or Wastewater Engineering.
• New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience communicating with regulatory agencies and clients; strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience in planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction-phase services.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and balance scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and deliver technical studies, reports, and contract documents for water and sewer projects.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with regulatory and funding agencies and advise clients on project priorities.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and support business development.
• Prepare financial status reports and manage project risk.
