Qualifications

• Strong public speaking and client relationship skills.
• Experience with plan reviews, permits, and municipal codes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer and technical advisor for municipal clients.
• Review development plans for compliance with laws and codes.
• Develop opinions of probable cost for improvements.
• Attend public meetings and present plan reviews.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation.
• Oversee projects through design, bid, and construction phases.
• Review and seal engineering plans and reports where appropriate.
• Mentor staff and support business development activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to pursue growth in municipal markets.
