Job summary

Atalco Gramercy is seeking a hands-on IT infrastructure owner to manage servers, virtualization, networks, and cloud platforms across Gramercy, LA and St. Ann, Jamaica. You will enforce infrastructure and security controls aligned with the NIST CSF framework and the company’s IT & Cybersecurity Strategic Plan.

You will work with a small IT team, coordinating with MSPs and ensuring 24/7 production readiness across sites, including travel to St. Ann as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years hands-on production infrastructure administration with ownership of servers, virtualization, and networking.
• Multi-site support experience, including remote site support.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate core infrastructure across Windows Server, AD, VMware/Nutanix, and backups.
• Design and manage network, firewall, VPNs, and site-to-site connectivity.
• Administer M365 Entra ID, MFA, conditional access, and Intune workloads.
• Support cybersecurity controls per NIST CSF and related standards.
• Produce runbooks, diagrams, and change records for audits.
