Job summary

Atalco Gramercy is seeking an It Infrastructure Specialist to own and operate our server, virtualization, network, and cloud platforms across Gramercy, LA and nearby sites. You will work with MSPs to implement IT and cybersecurity controls under our NIST CSF framework.

The role requires five years of hands-on infra experience, strong Windows Server, AD, VMware, and networking skills, plus familiarity with M365 and security tooling. Travel to St. Ann, Jamaica is occasionally required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years hands-on infrastructure administration in production environments.
• Experience across Windows Server, AD, virtualization, and networking with multi-site support.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to travel to St. Ann, Jamaica occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own core infrastructure including servers, virtualization, network, and cloud platforms across Gramercy and nearby sites.
• Manage network and firewall design, VPNs, and site-to-site connectivity.
• Administer M365, Entra ID, MFA, and hybrid identity; ensure security controls align with NIST CSF.
• Lead cybersecurity efforts, vulnerability management, and EDR practices.
• Document runbooks, diagrams, and change records for audits.
