Job summary

Atalco Gramercy is seeking an It Infrastructure Specialist to own and maintain core infrastructure across Gramercy, LA and St. Ann, Jamaica. You will manage Windows Server, AD, VMware, Nutanix migration, and backups, while coordinating Cisco Meraki networks and VPNs.

The role requires 5+ years in production infrastructure, strong security practice familiarity, and experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid deployments. On-site work with travel to St. Ann as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field; or associate degree with relevant experience and certs.
• Minimum five years hands-on infrastructure administration in production environments.
• Multi-site support experience with at least one site remote.

Responsibilities

• Owns core infrastructure including Windows Server, AD, VMware, Nutanix migration, and backups.
• Manage network and firewall design, VPNs, and site-to-site connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA, and hybrid workloads.
• Support cybersecurity controls per NIST CSF and CIS Controls; collaboration with MSPs.
