Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Sr. Product Engineer (Multiphase Power) for a hybrid role in Austin, TX or Tempe, AZ.

You will contribute to AI power products for a global leader in the semiconductor industry, focusing on NPI, bring-up, and characterization of power products. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering with 3+ years of semiconductor product engineering experience and strong data analysis skills (Python, MATLAB, JMP).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering; Master's preferred.
3+ years of semiconductor product engineering, test, or design experience.
Experience with new product introduction (NPI), product bring-up, and characterization.
Knowledge of semiconductor power products, including digital power controllers and powerstages.
Strong data analysis skills using JMP, Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.
Experience with yield analysis, root cause investigation, and product performance optimization.
Familiarity with manufacturing releases, product qualifications, and engineering change management.
Ability to work effectively with Design, Test, Applications, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
