Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Austin is seeking a Product Manager for the High-Performance AI and Compute Power (HPAC) product line. You will own the complete product lifecycle for a family of power stage products, define the vision, strategy, and customer requirements, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class power management solutions.

Collaborate with applications engineering, design, product engineering, and sales to develop materials, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

BSEE or related field with 5+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles.
Understanding of power management applications and products.
Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets (AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, and computing).
Develop business cases and market requirements documents for new product concepts.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept to launch.
Collaborate with applications engineering, design, product engineering and test engineering teams to develop and launch products.
Go-to-Market activities including sales collateral and pricing strategies.
