Job summary

IC Resources is partnering with a global semiconductor company to hire a Customer Applications Engineer in Austin, focused on digital multiphase power products used by AI compute and cloud customers. Youll own customer-facing validation and support, enabling designs for CPUs/GPUs at data center scale.

Youll lead lab validation, customer board bring-up, and collaboration with IC design teams, while producing datasheets and performance reports.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in electrical engineering with power electronics focus.
• Strong grounding in DC/DC power conversion and control theory.
• Hands-on lab experience with power electronics equipment.

Responsibilities

• Validate and debug multiphase DC/DC designs, in the lab and at customer sites.
• Support customer board bring-up through evaluation and design phases.
• Work alongside IC design teams on validation of next generation controllers and power stages.
• Produce datasheets, application notes and performance reports.
• Help train the wider AE and FAE organization.
