Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Civil Engineering, Public Policy, Transportation Economics or a related area.
15+ years of industry-related experience.
8+ years of experience managing projects and leading proposals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong and effective communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
A strong professional network in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

Lead projects and mentor junior staff to deliver work on-time and within budget.
Engage with public agencies across Texas and coordinate proposals.
Collaborate with clients and firms to support policy and programming opportunities.
