Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of transportation planning experience.
• Experience with regional and local corridor assessments.
• Proficient with ESRI and Tableau for planning studies.
• Knowledge of funding processes and grant acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of transportation plans for governments.
• Manage client coordination and public involvement plans.
• Oversee sub-consultant teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities, market efforts, RFQ responses, and build a team.
• Lead design teams on complete streets and multimodal projects.
• Coordinate projects focusing on mobility, safety, livability, and development.
• Assist in securing project development funds at federal/state level.
