Horrocks is seeking a Senior Transportation Planner to support and lead active transportation, trail, and multimodal projects across the Intermountain West. The role blends technical work with planning-level leadership to improve mobility and quality of life through trails and complete streets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of transportation planning experience.
• Experience with active transportation projects.
• Ability to manage studies and NEPA/PEL planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support planning of active transportation facilities.
• Manage corridor and feasibility studies.
• Prepare technical memoranda and planning documents.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead project management: scope, schedule, budget.
• Analyze mobility data to inform recommendations.
• Support public engagement and stakeholder meetings.
• Communicate technical information through reports and presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team.
• Lead business development and client relationships.
