Job summary

MANTECH on Oahu, Hawaii seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-department project plans and coordinate technical teams toward mission objectives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business/Management, 10+ years in project oversight, active Secret clearance, and PMP/CAPM with DAWIA Level II preferred; USSOCOM logistics experience valued.

• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Leads the execution of Project Plans and coordinates technical efforts across multifunctional departments.
• Authorize task-level adjustments and validate project milestones to maintain organizational alignment.
• Manage the allocation of project resources and lead Technical Teams in achieving complex mission objectives.
• Manages the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater.
• Translate mission requirements into actionable Project Plans and coordinate the transition of personnel and equipment to support theater-level goals.
• Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding project performance and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience in formal project oversight and leading Technical Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
• Experience with USSOCOM logistics and mission execution frameworks.

Clearance Requirement

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
