Job summary

Technipower is seeking a Site Superintendent/Project Manager for residential and multifamily construction projects in the Boston area. The role involves leading projects from start to finish, visiting sites locally, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, a related degree, and proficiency with Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project, and Excel. This is a direct hire, long-term opportunity with a focus on ground-up builds and renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience running ground up multifamily and brownstone renovations.
• Direct site supervision experience required.
• Develop project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Able to analyze blueprints and documentation.
• Quality control, field troubleshooting, maintain documentation.
• Able to communicate with owners.
• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high end residential and multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Visit project sites locally.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and logistics coordination with stakeholders.
