Wainwright Talent Partners seeks a Multifamily Lead Project Superintendent in Boston to oversee ground-up multifamily projects. The role requires coordinating with trade partners, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality on-site.

The candidate should have prior GC supervision experience, a safety-first mindset, and proficiency with ProCore, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and Excel. Strong communication is essential for interfacing with clients and project teams.

Competenze

Experience communicating project milestones with clients and others.
High School diploma or GED.
Previously supervised subcontractors.
Safety first mindset.
Familiar with ProCore, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, Excel.
Ability to solve problems with limited direction.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders without assistance.
Ability to walk for long periods of time unaided.
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds without assistance.

Mansioni

Oversee the entire operation of the construction site including scheduling and coordinating with trade partners.
Maintain safety and quality, and address risk areas.
Manage projects from $5M to $50M or more.
Perform weekly safety inspections and meetings.
Schedule subcontractors and procure materials, tools, and equipment.
Communicate effectively between subcontractors, owner, architect, and PM.
Maintain all records onsite in an orderly fashion.
Schedule all non-building material during project startup phase.
Prepare and meet with subcontractors and suppliers at pre-construction to verify site and building layouts.
