Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee multifamily residential projects across the Greater Boston area. This senior role offers autonomy, direct interaction with company leadership, and influence on the future of the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing ground-up multifamily and/or major residential renovation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience using Procore or similar CM software.
• Ability to independently lead projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Experience working in urban construction environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on multifamily residential construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and overall project execution.
• Partner with ownership, architects, engineers, and clients to proactively resolve issues.
• Utilize construction management software to maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication.
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Mentor field personnel and contribute to the continued growth of the construction team.
