CW Financial Services LLC is seeking a seasoned asset manager to lead multifamily REO strategies, based in Dallas (Las Colinas) or Washington, DC. The role focuses on management and resolution of REO within CW's Fannie Mae asset management assignment.

You will conduct site inspections, analyze third-party reports, develop operating plans with budgets, perform valuation analyses, and collaborate with property managers, counsel, and CW's disposition team to maximize asset value.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, special credits, or asset resolution.
• Strong analytical and valuation skills focused on commercial multifamily assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including cross-market communication.

Mansioni

• Perform site inspections of REO and Receivership assets across the US with oversight of property managers and asset positioning.
• Review and evaluate third-party reports (Broker Price Opinions, Appraisals, Phase I ESAs, and Property Condition Assessments).
• Develop and present operating budgets and capital expenditure projections in collaboration with property managers and Fannie Mae.
• Perform asset valuation analysis using financial models, market data, and cash flow projections.
• Maximize asset value through strong tenant credit standards, collections, and accurate reporting.
• Interface with outside counsel to resolve property legal issues and during asset sale processes.
• Collaborate with CW’s disposition team and Marketplace platform to advise on stabilization paths or liquidation options.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and servicing agreements for REO assets.
• Communicate analyses and recommendations to CW leadership and Fannie Mae via reports and CW’s RealINSIGHT platform.
• Present strategic recommendations to CW leadership and Fannie Mae to support portfolio strategy.
