Job summary

CW Financial Services LLC is seeking an experienced asset management professional to lead the multifamily REO program, oversee property managers, and coordinate with Fannie Mae.

You will perform valuation analyses, develop operating plans, and present strategic recommendations to CW leadership, leveraging RealINSIGHT and market data to maximize asset value and ensure compliant disposition paths.

Qualifications

• Background in multifamily structured finance or commercial real estate.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, special credits, or asset resolution.
• Strong analytical and valuation skills with a focus on commercial multifamily assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including when dealing with new markets.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections of REO and Receivership assets across the US with oversight of property managers and asset positioning.
• Review third party reports including Broker Price Opinions, Appraisals, Phase I ESAs, and Property Condition Assessments.
• Create property operating plans with budgets and capex projections and coordinate with Fannie Mae.
• Perform asset valuation analysis using financial models, market data, and cash flow projections.
• Work with property managers to maximize asset value through tenant credit standards and collections.
• Interface with outside counsel to resolve property legal issues and during asset sales.
• Coordinate with CW's disposition team and Marketplace to recommend stabilization or liquidation options.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and servicing agreements for REO assets.
• Present analyses and recommendations to CW leadership and Fannie Mae via written reports and CW software.
