Job summary

RREAF Holdings Llc is seeking a Multifamily Asset Manager in Dallas to maximize performance of value-add properties. You will drive asset-level business plans, oversee renovations, and coordinate with property management and construction teams to improve NOI and asset value.

The role requires 2–3+ years in asset management or regional property management, with a strong foundation in accounting, real estate finance, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance/RE/business; MBA a plus.
• 2–3+ years in asset management or regional property management.
• Experience with value-add multifamily and vertically integrated firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive asset-level business plans to increase NOI and asset value.
• Coordinate with in-house property management and construction teams on timelines and budgets.
• Analyze property-level financials, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage capital projects, monitor costs, schedules, and ROI for renovations.
• Monitor rent growth, occupancy, and market comps to optimize pricing and performance.
• Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports with KPI dashboards for ownership.
