Responsibilities

• Leadership and accountability for all property operations

• Manage repairs, maintenance, and staff supervision
• Collect rent and handle operating expenses
• Maintain records of income, expenses, leases and complaints
• Prepare financial performance reports for the property
• Terminate leases and initiate evictions when needed
• Oversee on-site personnel and contracts
