Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for a Multifamily community in Midland, TX. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a diverse team, and drive leasing, marketing, and financial performance to meet budgetary targets.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience and a real estate license (preferred). Bachelor’s degree preferred. This on-site position offers growth and competitive benefits within a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills.
• General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Determine leasing opportunities of staff and work on goal setting, improving the performance of each staff member.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, and marketing.
• Provide exceptional resident service to maximize renewals and profitability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing on-site team.
• Drive revenue through competitive analysis and creative marketing programs.
• Ensure on-site policies and Cushman & Wakefield standards are followed.
