Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and rent operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating budgets and business plans for upcoming calendar year
• Maintain budgeted physical and economic occupancy
• Ensure rents are collected when due and posted promptly
• Oversee vendor and contractor communications on scheduling and billing
• Approve and oversee timely submission of property invoices
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site staff
• Conduct ongoing staff training and meetings
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
• Attend resident retention activities
• Monitor maintenance activities
• Physically walk and inspect the property regularly
