The role requires 5+ years of multifamily management, strong customer service, and organization. You will calendar and conduct staff trainings, monitor maintenance, and ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multifamily experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in formulation of budgets and business plans for each upcoming calendar year.
• Maintain budgeted physical and economic occupancy throughout the year.
• Ensure all rents are collected when due and posted promptly.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications for scheduling and billing.
• Approve and oversee timely submission of property invoices.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff to meet goals.
• Conduct ongoing staff training and regular staff meetings.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Participate in resident retention activities.
• Monitor maintenance activities and inspect the property regularly.
